Ronan Clarke a proven entrepreneur and creative leader, serving as Managing Director of Smarter Group. Under his stewardship, the company, including its Smarter Brand & Design division, has gained acclaim for innovative product design, marketing campaigns and global sales.
With over a decade as a lead designer and marketer, Ronan excels in delivering visually striking, brand-aligned solutions, including annual reports, branding, and executive presentations for clients across public, private, and hospitality sectors. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design systems, he prioritises accessibility and exceptional user experience, ensuring every project resonates with its audience.
Ronan’s entrepreneurial journey began while still in school, when he founded a multi-million-euro business in Ireland, growing it to employ 50 staff. His early success laid a robust foundation for his later ventures in design at Smarter Brand & Design in Dublin.
Nora Surya
Nora Surya is a highly accomplished Senior Graphic Designer and Project Manager at Smarter Group, bringing over eight years of expertise in creating impactful design, campaign visuals, content and digital assets. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, Nora delivers cohesive brand identities and data-driven designs for sectors including fintech, healthcare, government, and education. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva, she ensures all outputs meet accessibility standards, enhancing user experience and engagement.
At Smarter Brand & Design, Nora leads the design team delivering marketing collateral and content for clients.
Previously, Nora excelled as Senior Graphic Designer at Copper Bricks LLC, creating responsive UI for finance and SaaS clients, and as a Consultant Visual Designer at BitCare Solution, leading healthcare platform branding. At Versant Online Solutions, she crafted user interfaces and digital content for event platforms. Nora’s blend of creative excellence and strategic leadership drives Smarter Group’s global success.
